Unlocking a User in CUE (and the Resource Portal)

If a CUE user has three consecutive unsuccessful login attempts, they will be locked out of their account and unable to access the system until their account has been unlocked. 


To unlock a user, perform the following actions:

·    Access the CUE User account from the User Maintenance page

·    Under Application System > Account Status to “Active

·    Select  Update User

*If a user needs to reset their password, they can return to the main page and choose the FORGOT PASSWORD button and reset.
